I have been teaching at Goleta Valley Junior High for three years and am happy to be part of such a special school. This year I am excited to be teaching US History and AVID. I am also the CalSOAP coordinator for GVJH.

 

I have lived in Goleta for over 10 years and have started a family here. My husband, Kevin, and I have two daughters - Quinn and Ellie - who will attend GVJH some day. Kevin teaches art at Dos Pueblos High School.

 

When I am not teaching, I love exploring the natural beauty of Santa Barbara. I spend most of my weekends outside - hiking, running, gardening and walking along the beach. I hope to see many of my students out and about town this year!
