GVJHS English Department
The Goleta Valley Junior High English Department is strongly committed to improving the reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills of  all students. Our curriculum, guided by the Reading/Language Arts Framework for California Public Schools, emphasizes strengthening each student's understanding and appreciation for important works of literature and for the English language.  Students can expect to be challenged and inspired by their English classes.
